The following form has been created to properly evaluate KFWD's sponsorship requests.  Due to the numerous requests and the finite sponsorship resources available we are unable to accommodate every request.   KFWD sponsorship request should be submitted for consideration 4-6 months in advance.   Please fill out a KFWD Sponsorship Application and send to:
